Block Printing and Pattern Making

Join us for a block printing workshop with design expert Jennifer Stady.
As part of Portland Textile Month, Cargo is collaborating with Laundry Workshops to offer a special in-store block-printing class. Participants will learn how to design, carve, and print symmetrical tile patterns onto tote bags and paper. The class will be taught by Jennifer Stady, owner of Laundry Studio in Portland.
The cost is $125 and includes all materials to create two (2) original tote bags and lots of paper prints. Students will take home all the supplies needed to keep printing!
Lunch and beverages from Giraffe will be provided.
